(a) , (b) , (c) & (d) Yes Madam. Government is receiving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) under National Culture Fund for conservation and maintenance work of historical monuments in the Country. Each project is managed independently by a Project Implementation Committee (PIC) that has due representation from the donor / contributor /co-promoter/implementing agencies. The Project Implementation Committee has representation from NCF and whenever required civic authorities and the Archaeological Survey of India. A separate joint Bank Account is maintained for each project that is operated by the representative of NCF and the Donor/Funding Agencies. Detailed accounts of each project are incorporated in the NCF Accounts which is audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India annually.
