Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government have received reports about a huge controversy between Bharat Biotech and Brazil Government over the supply of 2 crore worth of Covaxin, if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether Government has directed the said company to furnish report in this regard; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (c): Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is aware of media reports of some controversy around contracts and regulatory approvals for supply of Covaxin to Brazil. This however relates exclusively to an agreement between a commercial entity i.e. M/s Bharat Biotech and a foreign country.
