(a) & (b):The scheme was operationally in abeyance for fresh sanction in XIth
five year plan from April to October 2007.However the Government approved the
continuance of Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS) in XIth plan
retrospectively w.e.f.01.07.2008.
