(a) whether it has been reported that National Highway Accident Relief Service Scheme (NHARSS) has not been able to quickly attend the accident site due to lack of modernised equipments and trained
technicians; and
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the action taken thereon including the fund allocated therefor?
