(a) whether the Railways recorded 6.09 per cent increase in the first quarterly
revenue earnings for the current year;
(b) if so, the details of the earnings from goods,passenger,suburban and
non-suburban trains and through other sources; and
(c) the total earnings of the South Central Railway during the above period?

(a): Indian Railways recorded 4.76% increase in earnings during first quarter of
2009-10 as compared to first quarter of 2008-09.
