(a) the total funds allotted to Tamil Nadu under Rural Development schemes for the last three years; and

(b) the details of utilization of the said funds, schemewise?

(a) & (b) The details of total funds allocated to Tamil Nadu under different schemes of Department of Rural Development in the last 3 years and its utilization are as under:-







* Includes expenditure out of Central and State shares.

@ The expenditure is inclusive of State Share and unspent balance of previous year.

# In the PMAY-G, the figure includes the releases made against the allocation of previous financial years. Fund utilization is reported against the total available funds, which include Central Share, State Share, Interest accrued and miscellaneous receipts.

% Funds are allocated to clusters of the States under SPMRM. However, during the last three years and current year (as on 31.12.2019) a total of Rs. 104.07 Crores has been released to States. Out of this Rs. 75.83 Crores has been utilised.

$$ Funds are released in excess of the allocation, to the better performing States/UTs, as per their
requirement.
