(a) the funds allocated to Bihar for flood Control during the Ninth Five Year Plan;
(b) whether the Government of Bihar has fully utilized the said funds;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and
(d) the action taken by the Union Government in this regard?

(a)to(d): As per information received from the Ministry of Water Resources, agreed
outlay for Ninth Five Year Plan is Rs.400 Crores, against which the latest expenditure
estimate is Rs.415.24 Crores.
