(a) The details of compensation, rehabilitation and employment
provided by the various companies of Coal India Limited (CIL) to
the persons whose land was acquired for coal mining and other
purpose during the last three years and current year, year-wise,
company-wise and State-wise;
(b) whether a number of cases are still pending;
(c) if so, the details thereof, company-wise and State-wise
and the reasons therefor; and
(d) the action taken/proposed to be taken by the Government
to deal with the aforesaid pending cases of
compensation/rehabilitation/employment?
