Question : Funds Allocated under One Stop Centres

(a) the details of the ’One-Stop Centers’ currently operational in Gujarat along with the details of the districts not covered under the scheme;
(b) the reasons for non-coverage of some districts across the country under the said scheme;
(c) the details of funds allocated under the scheme during the last two years, year and State/UT-wise; and
(d) the details of unutilized funds under the scheme and the reasons thereof for non-utilisation of the allocated funds thereunder along with the response of the Government in this regard?

(a) to (d) : 728 OSCs have been approved by Government of India in 724 districts and 680 OSCs have been operationalised by the States/UTs across the country. In Gujarat 33 OSCs have been approved by Government of India in 33 districts which have been operationalised by the State.

The total fund released under OSC Scheme during the year 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 is Rs.229.61 crore, total utilisation of fund is Rs.61.34 crore and total unutilized fund is Rs.168.27 crore. The States/UTs and district authorities undertake the implementation of OSC Scheme. Government of India undertakes review meetings with the officers of State Government through video conferencing and meetings from time to time at various levels for proper implementation of the scheme.

The State/UT wise details of funds released under the Scheme during the last two years are at Annexure-I.
