(a) whether Government is releasing input subsidy/grant-in-aid to
the States under various schemes/programmes as per the guidelines; and
(b) if so, the details of the actual demands and the amount released to
the States under each scheme / programme during the last three years of the

(a) to (b): The administrative Ministries / Departments dealing with plan schemes /
programme release grants-in-aid to States/UTs and their implementing agencies as per the
guidelines of the schemes / programmes keeping in view the utilization of resources earlier
released. The releases under the Plan made to the States/UTs & their implementing agencies
