(a)whether any assessment has been made regarding implementation of National Child Labour Projects and grants to the Non-Governmental Organisations regarding the benefits to be accrued to the children rescued from child labour;
(b)if so, the details thereof; and
(c)the details of funds sanctioned, allocated and utilised under each project during each of the last three years and the current year, State/UT-wise?

(a) & (b): The implementation of National Child Labour Project (NCLP) Scheme has been evaluated by an independent external agency M/s. Datamation, New Delhi in the year 2012. Also a working group on child labour comprising of representatives of various Ministries and State Governments has reviewed the NCLP Scheme.
(c): The funds released to the District Societies under National Child Labour Project (NCLP) Scheme during the last three years and current year are at Annexure-I.
The Names of NGOs and funds released to them under Grant-in-Aid Scheme during the last three years and current year are at Annexure-II.
