Question : Specific Procedure for Selection of Capital City

(a) whether there is any specific procedure for selection of capital city of a State;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) the details of the manner in which Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand chose their capital cities;

(d) whether the Government can play a role in such selection; and

(e) if so, the details thereof?
