Question : ALLOTMENT OF LANDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HOTELS

(a) whether the Government has any proposals under consideration for allotment of lands for construction of Hotels in Delhi;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) the action taken by the Government thereon;

(d) the details of the lands allotted for construction of hotels during the last ten years in Delhi, years-wise and category-wise;

(e) the details of criteria and category identified by the Government to determine the price of land for construction of hotels; and

(f) the details of the amount due for payment by different groups of hotels in Delhi in this regard?

(a)to(c): The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has reported that it allots land for hotel sites through auction of plots identified for the purpose from time to time.

(d): As reported by DDA, the details of land allotted for construction of Hotels during last 10 years in Delhi are as follows:-
