(a) whether the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) sub-leased its land
to several hotels on certain terms and conditions;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the names of the hotels that obtained land from the NDMC;
(c) whether the Government has received any complaints with regard to loss of revenue due to
violation of the said terms and conditions by some hotels;
(d) if so, the details and names of such hotels;
(e) whether some of the said hotel owners whose case is sub-judice, have now requested for an
out of court settlement with the Government;
(f) if so, the details thereof indicating the requests received by the Government from such hotel owners;and
(g) the reaction of the Government thereto?
