(a) Whether the Government has prepared an action plan to computerize all Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) across the country and link them with District Banks, State Co-operative Banks and NABARD;
(b) If so, the details thereof; and
(c) the details of the States that have already undertaken the implementation of the above program?

(a) to (c): Yes, Sir. A scheme of computerization of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) is under formulation in consultation with various stakeholders including NABARD and State Governments. States like Uttarakhand and Telangana have computerized some functionalities of PACS.
