(a) & (b): Central Silk Board has established three Cold Storage Plants for preservation of Silkworm seeds at Mysore (Karnataka), Hosur (Tamilnadu) and Dehradun (Uttarakhand). These cold storages meet the requirement of Silkworm seeds of all the states including Bihar.

(c): The target set and achievements made by the National Silkworm Seed Organization (NSSO) during the last three years and the current year are as follows:-
