(a) whether the Government has received any proposal from steel plants located in different States including Madhya Pradesh for financial assistance from steel development fund during each of the last three years and the current year and if so, the details thereof; and
(b) whether the Government is formulating any scheme to increase production of steel from steel development fund in the country and if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
