(a) Whether the construction of a large number of manned/ unmanned level crossings, road over bridges and road under bridges has been delayed across the country during the last three years;
(b) if so, the details thereof, zone-wise and the present status of such crossings/bridges;
(c) whether the cost of construction of the said crossings/bridges has escalated due to delay in their construction during the said period and if so, the details thereof, zone-wise;
(d) the number of such crossings/bridges of which cost has been shared by the concerned State or private player alongwith their status, zone-wise; and
(e) the other steps taken by the Government to ensure timely construction of such crossings/bridges in the country?
