(a) whether a second Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) was constituted for comprehensive cost of cultivation scheme under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare by the Government of India;
(b) the reasons for non-implementation of the recommendations submitted by the Committee in February 2019 even after approval from the Union Cabinet; and
(c) the time by which it is likely to be implemented by the Government?

(a): The Second Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) was constituted for comprehensive cost of cultivation scheme under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare by the Government of India vide order dated 27.3.2014.
(b) & (c): The implementation of the recommendations of the 2nd Inter Ministerial Committee has many financial and administrative aspects that are under consideration.
