(a) whether his Ministry has taken the Kashmir House in Delhi on lease;
(b) if so, the details and the present status thereof;
(c) the amount of rent paid to the State Government of Jammu and Kashmir by his Ministry during the last three years and the current year; and
(d) the time by which the said property is likely to be returned to the State Government?

(a) No, Madam.
(b) Does not arise.
(c) Based on annual rental bill raised by the Ministry of Urban Development, this Ministry has released payments at the rate of Rs. 97, 942/- per annum to the Ministry of Urban Development for Kashmir House during the last three years i.e. 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2014. The rent for the current year will be due in March 2015.
(d) No time frame has been fixed.
