(a) whether some State Governments have adopted the Scheme of one family one employment norms;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government propose to issue any instructions for implementation of
the said scheme in other States; and
(d) if so, the time by which the instructions are likely to be issued?

(a) No State other than Haryana Government has introduced one family one employment scheme.
(b) One Family One Job Scheme has been introduced in the State of Haryana with effect
from 1.12.1992 with the objective of providing means of employment to one member of
each family from such applicants registered with the Employment Exchanges as have no member
of their family in any kind of employment.Under this scheme 4702 applicants have been placed
in employment through Employment Exchanges during the period from December, 1992 to May, 2000.
