(a) whether the Government have received representations from various organisations to amend the Commission of Inquiry Act, 1952 and make it obligatory for the Government to implement its recommendations;

(b) if so, the details in this regard;

(c) the reasons given by the organisations for the same; and

(d) the response of the Union Government thereto and the action likely to be taken by Government in this regard?
