(a) Funds are released / allocated to States/UTs from the Schemes pertaining to Centrally Sponsored Schemes only. The details of funds allocated under Centrally Sponsored Schemes of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for creating green environment during the last five years and the current year, State/UT-wise are as given in Annexure.
(b) No specific recruitment has been made for the said purpose in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. Implementing agencies of this Scheme are respective States/UTs. Ministries release/allocate funds to States/UTs as per their Annual Plan of Operation (APO) only.
