(a): No Madam. Government has no proposal currently for legislation on Right to Housing.
Government promotes housing activities through its policies like National Urban Housing and
Habitat Policy – 2007 and Schemes like Rajiv Awas Yojana, Affordable Housing in Partnership
and Rajiv Rinn Yojana.
(b) & (c): In view of the above, Questions do not arise.
