(b) if so, the details thereof during the last two years;
(c) the names of the industries/firms set up or approved to be set up; and
(d) the details of the facilities provided to cent percent export oriented industries?

(a) to (c) Yes Sir. A list showing the names of EOUs set up/ approved since April, 2002 is annexed.
(d) Facilities available to EOUs include:
(i) Duty free import/ local purchase of machinery, raw material, components and consumables;
(ii) Refund of Central Sales Tax
(iii) Corporate tax holiday for a maximum period of 10 years up to 01.04.2010.
(iv) Clearance of goods up to 50% of the value of exports in Domestic Tariff Area.
(v) Supplies from domestic area to EOUs are allowed deemed export benefit, etc.
