Question : COMPLAINTS RELATING TO REPAIR NON WORKING OF CODELESS PHONES

(a) the number of complaints of repair/non-working of Codeless Phones pending with the MTNL, Delhi since last year;

(b) the number of complaints out of them pertaining to the Government quarters at Laxamibai Nagar, Delhi;

(c) the reasons therefor;

(d) the steps being taken to rectify them; and

(e) the action proposed to be taken against those found guilty?
