(a) & (b) Yes, Sir. NHAI is undertaking 4-laning of 678km stretch of National Highways
from Silchar to Assam/West Bengal border in Assam under East west Corridor as per details at
Annexure-I. In addition 1057km length of National Highways in the State of Assam is proposed
to be widened under SARDP-NE as per details at Annexure –II.
