(a) to (c): A total of 110 lakh houses have so far been sanctioned under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U); out of this, 71.4 lakh are at various stages of construction and 41.8 lakh have been completed/ delivered.
Based on the project proposals received so far from the State Government of Rajasthan under the Scheme, a total 2.1 lakh houses have been sanctioned; out of this, 1.4 lakh are at various stages of construction and 1.1 lakh have been completed/ delivered.
Total 726 houses have been sanctioned in Banswara and 436 in Dungarpur of Rajasthan under the Scheme.Central Assistance of ?6.24 crore and ?5.85 crore has been released for construction of approved houses in Banswara and Dungarpur respectively. Details of houses sanctioned and Central Assistance released under the Scheme during the financial years 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 in Banswara and Dungarpur are as under:

(d): The release of funds is incumbent on various compliances as per scheme guidelines like submission of Utilization Certificates (UCs) for funds earlier released by the Union Government, Aadhaar seeding of beneficiaries in the Management Information System (MIS), Action Taken Report (ATR) on the recommendations of Third-Party Quality Monitoring Agencies (TPQMA) and Geo-tagging of various stages of construction of houses/projects. State Government of Rajasthan has been requested to fulfil pending compliances for release of funds.
