(a) whether the State Government of Maharashtra has prepared a
comprehensive plan for the infrastructure development in the State;
(b) if so, the projects to be taken up for execution and the amount to be
spent on each such projects; and
(c) the financial assistance proposed to be provided by the Union
Government for the implementation of these projects ?
