students as a result thereof and its likely impact on the

(a) Yes, Sir.
(b) & (c): The proposed amendment in the Delhi
University Act will enable the newly set up Guru Gobind
Singh Indraprastha University to affiliate colleges in Delhi
without seeking permission from the central Government.
