(a) the details of cases pending with the various Central Investigating
Agencies of the country;
(b) the number of cases, on an average disposed off in a year and the number
of cases disposed off during each of the last three years and the current year;
(c) whether any time limit has been fixed for disposal of these cases; and
(d) if so, the reasons for pendency of complaints for a long time?

(a): Total 40 cases have been entrusted to NIA so far. Out of 40 cases, charge
sheet has been filed in 22 cases and trial is in progress, 02 cases ended in conviction of the
accused and 18 cases are under investigation.
(b): The year-wise details of cases registered, charge sheeted and disposed of are as under:-
