(a) whether the Government proposes to include Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana in the Concurrent List in order to ensure that the facilities of the Yojana are extended to farmers at the village level;
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and
(c) whether the Government has any data regarding irrigated and non-irrigated land and if so, the details thereof, State-wise?

(a) & (b): No, Madam. There is no proposal for inclusion of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana in the Concurrent List. The program guidelines ensure that the benefits to the farmers reach expeditiously. The subsidy to the farmers under PMKSY-Per Drop More Crop is released through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) on the online portal, which is monitored regularly.
(c): As per the available data, out of total 140.13 million ha of sown area, net irrigated area is 68.38 million ha and 71.74 million ha is un-irrigated. The State/UT wise details are placed at Annexure-I.
