(a) whether the Government is mulling a proposal to revolutionise the examination system for Class XII board exams;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has consulted all stakeholders in this regard;and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a)&(b): No such proposal is under consideration of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). However, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) brings in changes in the examination system to improve the quality of education, from time to time.
