(a) whether the Government has formulated any Scheme to link major cities in the State of Uttar Pradesh (UP);
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the time by which the work relating to linking of cities in Uttar Pradesh is likely to be started and completed?

(a) to (c) : This Ministry is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of National Highways in the
country and major cities in the State of Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) are already linked with National Highways.
