(a) whether the Government are aware that there is any encroachment on Government land allotted to C.G.H.S. Dispensary No.77 at Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi;
(b) if so, the action taken/proposed to be taken in this regard; and
(c) the time by which the construction is likely to be started/completed?

(a)&(b): Central Public Works Department has reported
that there is no encroachment on Government land allotted to
C.G.H.S. Dispensary at Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi. However,
there are few benches installed by the local residents for
seating purpose. The plot is already under watch and ward.
(c): C.G.H.S. has reported that action to construct the
Dispensary building is in process and completion is subject to
the availability of resources.
