ANSWER
THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND
FAMILY WELFARE
(SHRI ASHWINI KUMAR CHOUBEY)
(a) to (c): To Manage the problem of Fluorosis due to contamination of drinking water with Fluoride, a National Programme for Prevention and Control of Fluorosis(NPPCF) is presently being implemented in 157 districts of 19 States/UTs including Assam.

The Diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused due to high levels of Arsenic and Fluoride in ground water is done in general health services and in medical colleges. There is no proposal to establish hospitals only for this purpose in these areas.
