Question : NATIONAL COOPERATIVE BANK OF INDIA

(a) whether the Union Government have received any memorandum with regard to providing licence to National Cooperative bank of India so that it may provide funds to the States like NABARD and function under RBI; and

(b) if so, the reaction of the Government thereto?
