Question : Handing over of Coal Mines to Private Companies

(a) whether Singareni Collieries Ltd. which is a joint venture of Government of India and Telangana Government has handed over any mines to private companies and if so, the details thereof;
(b) the reasons for these mines being handed over to private companies;
(c) the details of amount of coal that has been mined by private companies from the mines handed over by Singareni Collieries Ltd., year wise since the mines have been handed over; and
(d) the total amount of coal production by Singareni Collieries Ltd. in the last ten years, year wise?
