(a) whether the Government is planning to allocate funds utilized by previous member to current member;
(b) if so, the details thereof including procedures and if not, the reasons therefor;
(c) the detailed process on MPLADS sanctioning of funds along with the timeline by when funds would be sanctioned for the first year and requirement for further allocations?

(b) However, with regard to transfer of balance of MPLADS funds left by the predecessor MP to the successor MP, the relevant para of the MPLADS Guidelines are given in Annexure I;
(c) The detailed process of sanctioning of MPLADS funds and fund release and management are given in the MPLADS guidelines, details of which are given in Annexure II.
