Question : TRAINED OFFICERS FOR ARMED FORCES

(a) whether there is shortage of trained officers in the Armed forces at present;

(b) if so, the details thereof, service, category and rank-wise;

(c) whether the Government proposes to increase intake of training cadets in NDA, IMA and OPS and open / establish new training academies to increase entrance of more trained officers for Armed forces;

(d) if so, the details thereof; and

(e) the other measures being taken or proposes to be taken by the Government to meet the shortage of trained officers in the Armed forces?
