(a) whether the Government is aware of the reported BBC Broadcasting on TV regarding interview of convicts in Nirbhya`s case;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has taken up the matter with the management/broadcasters and authorities of Tihar Jail who granted permission for the interview; and
(d) if so, the details and outcome thereof?

(a) & (b) Yes, Madam. A conditional permission was granted for shooting of a documentary on convicted inmates of cases related to atrocities against women by the Tihar Prisons to the film makers. However the conditions of the permission were misused by the film makers thus creating a controversy.
(c)to(d) The Tihar Prison authorities are conducting an enquiry into the entire incident.
