(a) whether an audit has been conducted on the disbursement of funds under the various schemes introduced to facilitate online learning;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the details of disbursement and utilisation of funds, from the date of implementation of said schemes till May, 2021, State-wise for the following schemes-
i. SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds),
ii. DIKSHA,
iii. e-PG Pathshala,
iv. National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL),
v. Virtual Labs
vi. E-ShodhSindhu,
vii. National Digital Library of India (NDLI)
viii. Swayam Prabha; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?
