(MIAL), GoMh has to take necessary action regarding execution of the slum rehabi- litation project at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA), Mumbai. Accordingly, GoMh has prepared draft Development Control Regulations for airport specific slum rehabilitation scheme for CSIA, Mumbai.

(c) & (d): Airports Authority of India has granted in principle approval to M/s MIAL for in-situ rehabilitation of a part of the slum-dwellers on airport land. Rehabilitation of slums from the airport land has so far not taken off for want of airport specific slum rehabilitation scheme of GoMh.
