(b) the details of the estimated amount of funds to be spent for this programme;
(c) the details of the targets fixed in this regard;
(d) the time by which it is likely to be implemented;
(e) whether the Government has conducted any trial so far in this regard;
(f) if so, the details and outcome thereof;
(g) whether the Government has identified the stations for implementation of this programme; and
(h) if so, the details thereof, State-wise including Assam?
