(a) the present status of revised 20-Point Programme, item-wise, State-wise;
(b) whether any targets have been fixed for the 65 items of the programme;
(c) if so, the details of each target fixed and achievement of each of such target;
(d) whether the Government proposes to discontinue Indira Gandhi''s 20-Point Programme; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c): Twenty Point Programme - 2006 consists of 20 Points and 65 Items monitored against 162 measurable Parameters on annual basis. 19 Items consisting of 37 Parameters are monitored on quarterly basis. 21 of these Parameters are monitored against set targets; 16 Parameters are monitored without targets. The Item-wise and State-wise performance of 21 quarterly monitored targeted Parameters for the year 2015-16 is at Annexure I.
The details of targets fixed and achievement for the 21 targeted Parameters for the year 2015-16 are at Annexure II.
