(a) The Office of the Registrar General of India and Census Commissioner conducts the population Census in India. As per the Census 2011, the child sex ratio (0-6 years) at all India level is 918. The State/ Union Territory wise details are given at Annexure 1.
(b) As per Census 2011, no State/ Union Territory of India has more number of girl children than boys (0-6 years).
