(a) whether the development of outer harbour of Tuticorin Port has
been undertaken under the National Maritime Development Programme;
(b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the present status of the project;
(c) the funds allocated, released and expenditure incurred on the project,
till date indicating the total expenditure likely to be incurred thereon;and
(d) the time by which the said work is likely to be completed?
