(a) whether the Government propose to provide Pandarpur - `Vithal`, Barshi `Bhagwant`, Sholapur and Tulja Bhavani mata ji Usmanabad pilgrimages in Maharashtra the status of tourist places;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) by when the same is likely to be done; and
(d) the names of pilgrimages which are already enjoying such status?

(a) and (b) : At present there is no practice of granting any place the status of a tourist place by the Department of Tourism, Government of India. However, Pandarpur has been identified for development as a Tourist Destination during the current financial year i.e. 2003-04.
