Question : Special Prosecutors

(a) the number of special prosecutors who have been appointed to exclusively deal with rape cases or cases under POCSO Act, 2012;

(b) the procedure to ascertain the accountability of judges in rape cases, or cases under POCSO Act 2012, where there is a provision for time bound disposal of cases; and

(c) the details of number of convicts who have been given death sentences for child rape and their status as of now?
