(a) the details of the expenditure incurred by the Ministry on print/audio/video media for
publicity purpose during the last three years and the current year;
(b) whether the expenditure for the said purpose was more than the budgetary provision
during 2001-02;
(c) if so, the reasons therefor;
(d) whether there has been diversion of funds to meet the extra expenditure; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and the action taken by the Government in this regard?
